Thats based on the action we take to back it up.
so here is the action plan
Life style: ( 10)
- wake up at 5.15 am
- drink 6 glasses of lukewarm water
- execise /badminton 1 hour
- yoga 30 minutes
- ready by 7.30
No usage of lifts
take a stroll after lunch
Food habits: (10)
Breakfast like a king , Lunch like a prince ,Dinner like a pauper
- Do not drink water along with food (1 hour before or after)
- drink 4 liters daily
- Eat slowly
- One bowl of rice
- Leave something in plate
- Don't go for refill
- Take healthy snack in between (keep muesly in office) between bkft-lunch evening snack
- Control dinner ( only eat chappatti and fruits)
