day 2

overall day went good
4 glass water
3 iddlis (sambhar was bit over)

lunch was without refill (5 chappatis and 2 eggwhite)
have to make it 4 chappatis

no snacks for lunch
2 quarter teas (make it one)
had 5 glasses of water in office (make it two 7.5 litre bottle) around 10.30 & 3.30

take food from home.
