action plan

There are no right or wrong decisions.
Thats based on the action we take to back it up.

so here is the action plan

Life style: ( 10)
  • wake up at 5.15 am
  • drink 6 glasses of lukewarm water
  • execise /badminton 1 hour
  • yoga 30 minutes
  • ready by 7.30
office : (10)
No usage of lifts
take a stroll after lunch

Food habits: (10)
Breakfast like a king , Lunch like a prince ,Dinner like a pauper
  • Do not drink water along with food (1 hour before or after)
  • drink 4 liters daily
  • Eat slowly
  • One bowl of rice
  • Leave something in plate
  • Don't go for refill
  • Take healthy snack in between (keep muesly in office) between bkft-lunch evening snack
  • Control dinner ( only eat chappatti and fruits)
