consistency

The real test of character comes when doing something consistently on a daily basis.That takes some guts to achieve that.
If you do something for 21 days that becomes a habit.


waking up at 5.15 am is a habit i want to form
Started on 20th dec ----- today is 29 ( ie 10 days)
