The beginning of a change

A very important date in my life.
This is the day i decided enough is enough. I have to do something about my life.
It was floating like a directionless paper boat till that.
Just floating... without any direction !!!

How do I give direction ?
Answer is GOAL
what is a goal ?
Any thing you wish to achieve with a definite date and with a definite picture or description of it.
I have a goal book now which i look and fill on a daily basis.
This is my action book.

Whats my first and immediate goal ?
Weight reduction .... from 95 kgs to 75 kgs By March 31st
